No error message
Sometimes the label printer does not give any obvious errors, yet the label never prints. When this happens, take the following steps:
- Go to a customer service computer and find the order in Shipify.
- There should be a red box showing each attempt to ship the package and why it failed.
- If you understand the problem and can fix it, do so. Otherwise, find Charlie, Laura, or Ryan and they will help you find a solution.
